30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact us at support@suegoryia-lighting.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Customer Change of Mind: If a customer decides they no longer want the item or placed a wrong variant and requires a return, they should contact us first. The package must remain undamaged and unopened. For such returns, customers are responsible for shipping and restocking fees. The return can be arranged through the customer's courier or, upon request, we can provide a return shipping label, with associated costs deducted from the refund.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
